Job Title : Assistant Project Manager

Reports To : Project Manager
Job Summary


Under limited supervision of the Department manager manages, perform engineering assignments as part of a work team involved in the planning, organizing, and developing of complicated projects

Duties & Responsibilities


1- Work closely with project manager for setting the directions and rules for projects.

2- Implement the projects business plans according to the time, Quality and budget constrains.

3- Assist in the orientation of new team members and help create guidelines for project involvement.

4- Work independently to ensure the day-to-day execution of project tasks.
and Provide guidance, directions , instructions, information and new technology to the technical staff.

5- Attend client meetings for ongoing and prospective projects.

6- Create and maintain documents as needed (e.g., schedules, lists, charts, tables, memos, graphs, floor plan, project plans.

7- Maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to facilitate resolution of project problems and ensure quality

8- Consolidate status reports on regular basis.


9- Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow


10- Assigns work to other employees

11- Other duties as assigned
Education

Engineering Bachelor’s Degree

Skills & Knowledge



1- Good Knowledge Of Business Principles Involved In Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation
2- Good Knowledge Of Governmental Regulations concerning the industry
3- Fluent In Arabic And English
4- Ability To Operate MS Office
Experience

1- Professional Experience: 3 years experience

2- Leadership Experience: Appropriate High


3- Intercultural Experience : Experience in Cross cultural Cooperation

4- Project Management Experience: Essentially Required

Working Conditions & Environment
