أنا طالبه ادرس Human Resources Management وطلب منا اعداد بحث حول هذي الماده وبما اني اول سنه ما افهم كثير فيها وبالصدفه شفت المنتدى وقلت ان شاء الله حد يقدر يساعدني فيه واتمنى انه حد يساعدني من خلال الاجابه على الاسئلة


1-Compare the use of motivation theories for different jobs within the Different parts of the STARBUCKS CO .you might find it useful to compare the way in which different techniques can be used to motivate different employees by considering roles such as baristas line managers' cashiers' cleaners



2-Suggest with justifications ways of improving motivation for staff who work in the STARBUCKS CO. bring out three suggestions at least with their justifications


3-Explain how the results from measuring and managing performance inform employee development in the STARBUCKS CO
