HR Manager

Job description:
- Develops and implements human resource policies and procedures to recruit and retain the best possible staff .
... -Manages and directs the development of : 1. Job descriptions , 2. Job screening and recruitment activities 3. Selection of staff for promotions, change of job assignments or transfers, and terminations.
-Develops and maintains staff training guidelines
-Ensures that Human Resources and company policies and procedures are well communicated to employees and firmly implemented
-Maintains efficient staffing levels and payroll systems, helping Department Heads to maximize productivity & minimize unnecessary payroll costs.
- Supports the internal development of company personnel through the implementation of an effective plan in cooperation with the Training & Development Department.
- Co-ordinates and controls the employees performance appraisal system.

Skills:
- Must have 5 yrs exp in the same position
- good knowledge of Egyptian work law and insurance
- Age Not more than 45 years
- Good interpersonal skills
- excellent command of English
- excellent computer skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
