Sohel For Recruitment Company is a national company for recruiting and helping Egyptian employees to travel abroad and give them the chance to achieve their goals in their career life.
Responsibilities
· Making a search plan to identify unlimited figure of interested candidates.
· Screen and monitor resumes gained through all the known searching channels weather from our archiving databank, website, post, or newspaper advertisement in orders to shortlist the best suitable candidates.
· Nominate the suitable candidates to the Client.
· Prepare and implement interviews schedule regarding to the client given time/place.
· Maintains clients' correspondences and important documents.
· Receiving requests directly from the clients.
· Provide clients with suitable candidates to occupy the available vacant positions.
· Coordinate between clients and candidates through the hiring procedures.
· Interview candidates, and send their results to my clients.
· Follow up with the selected candidates to finish all the related procedures with the consulate till the selected candidates travel.
· Get the original contracts signed by the candidates.
· Design all the overseas recruitment campaigns advertisements, take all the necessary actions toward publishing, maintain and keep copies of all the necessary documents that required for publishing.
· Maintain & Update a book that keeps original copies of all the published advertisements.
