CONTRACT OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
Notore Chemical industries limited is pleased to offer you a (3) year contract of employment with Notore Seeds, a subsidiary of Notore Chemical Industries limited, as Revamp Specialist.
The following terms and conditions will apply to your employment engagement with the Company:
Gross Compensation: US$xxxxx per month payable monthly in arrears.
You are also entitled to a daily amount of US$xxxx as Daily living allowance, payable monthly in Nigerian Naira at the ruling Central Bank of Nigeria rates during our monthly payroll cycle.
In addition, the Company will provide you with the following:
1. Transportation – local transportation will be provided by the Company. Economy class tickets to and from India will be provided during approved leave days.
2. Accommodation – A single room furnished hotel type accommodation will be provided at Notore Estate.
3. Medical – A fully functional clinic at the site and medical insurance cover both at site and in-transit
4. Feeding – 3 meals catering to be provided by the company
5. Security – Full security at site and within Port Harcourt will be provided
6. Communication – You will be provided with a sim card and also be placed in the Company Closed User Group.


Tax


Your remuneration is net of Nigerian taxes.
Family Status:
‘Single Status” basis is to be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
Tax
Your remuneration is subject to Nigerian taxes and applicable taxes are paid by the company.
Leave
You will be entitled to take a paid twenty –one (21) days of leave each time you complete eighty four days (84) of work including weekly-off days. There will be no daily living allowance during this period of paid leave.
Termination:
This appointment may be terminated at any time provided each party gives a one (1) months’ notice in writing or salary-in-lieu to the other party.
Travel:
Should your duties require you to travel on authorised trips outside home base (India), you will be eligible for travel allowances as approved by the company.
Hours of Work:
Your hours of work are as determined by your duties and responsibilities at the company. The company offices are normally open from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm daily.
Performance:
A percentage of your remuneration will be paid by the company after achieving a pre-determined and agreed performance objective as per the company’s Performance Management System.
Medical Examination:
This appointment is subject to your being certified medically fit by a doctor nominated by the company.
Acceptance:
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, kindly affix and sign across a postal stamp on the endorsement attached to this letter and return same to the Group Head, Human Resources, Notore Chemical Industries Limited.

يسر شركة نوتور للصناعات الكيماوية المحدودة أن تقدم لك عقد عمل مدته 3 سنوات مع Notore Seeds ، وهي شركة تابعة لشركة نوتور للصناعات الكيماوية المحدودة، بصفتها شركة متخصصة.
تطبق الشروط والأحكام التالية على ارتباطك بالعمل مع الشركة:
إجمالي التعويض: ....... دولار أمريكي شهريًا تدفع شهريًا على المتأخرات.
يحق لك أيضًا الحصول على مبلغ يوميًا قدره .... دولارًا أمريكيًا كبدل معيشة يومي ، يتم دفعه شهريًا بالنييرا النيجيرية وفقًا لمعدلات البنك المركزي النيجيري الحاكم خلال دورة الرواتب الشهرية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستوفر لك الشركة ما يلي:
1. النقل - سيتم توفير النقل المحلي من قبل الشركة. سيتم توفير تذاكر الدرجة السياحية من وإلى الهند خلال أيام الإجازة المعتمدة.
2. الإقامة - سيتم توفير إقامة في فندق مؤلف من غرفة مفردة في Notore Estate.
3. الطبية - عيادة تعمل بكامل طاقتها في الموقع وتغطية التأمين الطبي سواء في الموقع أو أثناء العبور
4. التغذية – تقدم الشركة ثلاث وجبات للطعام.
5. الأمن - سيتم توفير الأمن الكامل في الموقع وداخل بورت هاركورت.
6. الاتصالات - سيتم تزويدك ببطاقة هاتف وسيتم وضعها أيضا في مجموعة المستخدمين المغلقين في الشركة.




الضريبة
المكافأة الخاصة بك صافية من الضرائب النيجيرية.
الحالة الإجتماعية
يجب الحفاظ على بقاء الفرد أعزب طوال مدة التوظيف.
الضريبة
يخضع أجرك للضرائب النيجيرية ويتم دفع الضرائب المطبقة من قبل الشركة.
الإجازة
يحق لك الحصول على إجازة مدفوعة الأجر لمدة (21) يومًا في كل مرة تكمل فيها أربعة وثمانين يومًا (84) من العمل بما في ذلك أيام الإجازة الأسبوعية. لن يكون هناك بدل معيشة يومي خلال فترة الإجازة المدفوعة.
إنهاء العمل
يمكن إنهاء هذا التعيين في أي وقت شريطة أن يقدم كل طرف إشعارًا كتابيًا مدته شهر واحد (1) أو الراتب بدلاً من الطرف الآخر.
السفر
إذا كانت واجباتك تتطلب منك السفر في رحلات معتمدة خارج القاعدة الرئيسية (الهند)، فستكون مؤهلاً للحصول على بدلات السفر وفقًا لما أقرته الشركة.
ساعات العمل
تحدد ساعات عملك حسب واجباتك ومسئولياتك في الشركة. تفتح مكاتب الشركة عادة من الساعة 7:30 صباحًا إلى 4:30 مساءًا يوميًا.
الأداء
تدفع الشركة نسبة مئوية من أجرك بعد تحقيق هدف أداء محدد ومتفق عليه وفقا لنظام إدارة الأداء في الشركة.




الفحص الطبي
يخضع هذا التعيين لكونك معتمدًا طبيًا من قبل طبيب رشح من قبل الشركة.
