The following terms and conditions will apply to your employment engagement with the Company:


Gross Compensation:

Termination:
This contract offer of employment may be terminated at any time, by either party, provided either party gives a two-week (2) notice in writing or salary in-lieu of notice to the other party.
Hours of Work:
The Company’s normal working hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 7.30 am – 4.30 pm.
These hours of work are subject to alteration from time to time as may be necessary.
Deployment:
You may be deployed to any division within Notore Chemical Industries Limited or any company in which Notore may have any interest and in any part of the Country as the company may think fit.




Medical Examination and Reference:
This appointment is subject to your being certified medically fit by a doctor nominated by the company and on receipt of satisfactory references from your previous employers and/or referees.


Acceptance:


If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, kindly sign the Acceptance of offer s letter below and return same to the Group Head, Human Resources, Notore Chemical Industries Limited. Your acceptance should be received by us within two-weeks of the date of this offer.

نقل الموظفين
يمكن أن يتم نقلك الى أي قسم داخل شركة نوتور للصناعات الكيميائية المحدودة أو أي شركة قد يكون لنوتور أي مصلحة فيها وفي أي جزء من البلاد حسب ما تعتقد الشركة أنه مناسب.
الفحص الطبي والمراجع
يخضع هذا التعيين إلى أن تكون مؤهلًا طبيًا من قبل طبيب رشحته الشركة، أو عند إستلام إشارة مرضية من أصحاب العمل السابقين.
القبول و الاستحسان
إذا كانت الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه مقبولة لك ، فيرجى التوقيع على خطاب قبول العرض أدناه وإعادته إلى رئيس المجموعة، الموارد البشرية، شركة نوتور للصناعات الكيماوية المحدودة. و يجب أن يتم استلام موافقتك في غضون أسبوعين من تاريخ هذا العرض.
