4. To undertake interviews for new, existing, resigned, terminated or dismissed employees in accordance with HR procedures.
5. To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
6. To manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures.
7. To act as a focal point for employee issues including grievances discipline and vacation.
