PROJECTS MANAGER
Manages all stages of projects to ensure that they are completed in accordance with the contracts, project schedules, and quality standards, and within cost and the profit margin. Reviews the design and bid of projects and approves based upon what can be achieved within the cost structure. Mobilises projects, ensuring that equipment, materials and manpower are available to meet requirements. Manages the day to day operation ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the schedules, technical specifications and that there is minimum wastage or overruns. Deals with problems and delays taking appropriate action to bring projects back on line. Develops good working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and Company departments, to ensure projects flow smoothly. Manages change orders and variations to contracts, gaining approval and prompt and timely payment. Effectively manages all staff to optimise their utilisation

+Degree in engineering or construction management or alternatively substantial project management experience allied to a craft supervisory background.

+10 years post qualification experience with 5 years experience as a project manager. The experience should have covered the following disciplines: planning; procurement; commercial management; client relationships;
