    · Handling all contracting procedures for team members and other types of contracts with a follow up for the contracts renewals with the HODs & management.
    · Handle all hiring and recruitment procedures to achieve company goal
    · ( interviewing – evaluating – recruitment papers – Orientation).
    · Handle all Health insurance procedures for employees.
    · Handle all payroll & attendance issues with the Accounting department.
    · Handle all social insurance procedures with the social insurance office.
    · Handle all Labor & governmental issues with labor offices & the government.
    · Handle all work permits for expatriates.
    · Planning for annual HR activities for the employees.
    · Issuing biannual newsletter ( Magazine) for the employees.
    · Issuing employees handbook .
    · Handling and updating annual salary scale through the market survey.
    · Handling HR monthly reports for the Area HR office.
