· Issued the contract & renewal contract and coordinates with employees to sign.· follow up the Social Insurance Application form for new joiners and resign staff· Save all documents in the Employees files.· Issues salary/service certificate based on employee's request· Hold staff salary incase resignation or termination and follow up with Operation Manager to Issue the EPAF.· Follow up all resignation documents and forward it to payroll manager· Close the resigned staffs file and make sure they sign all declaration documents· Preparing and updating date base for company’s employees· Receive the leave application & follow up the return from vacation or sick leave for all staff· preparing the monthly attendance report · Print monthly pay slips for all employees and send them by location wise
July.2008 – March 2009 Recruitment Administrator at Alshaya EgyptResponsibilities:· Receiving CVs and Applications submitted to the company.· Receives hiring requests from operations department.· Classify CVs in the right position according to (Experience- Education- Qualifications).· Contacting job candidates to inform them about interview time.· Create & maintain & complete new Employees personnel files .· Preparing the joining letter for new hire to receive the work.· Preparing the warning and termination and offer letters . Courses:· Basic Human Resources Management at( A 2 Z Training Center) · ICDL Course at( A 2 Z Training Center) · Egyptian Social insurance and labor laws at Settec the training House · Self-employed at the Family Business
