Urgently required Egyptian manpower for a leading company in Saudi Arabia in the following categories

- Maintenance Technician (With experience in steel structure field)

1- Installation, maintenance and preparation of all machinery and equipment within the plant under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor.
2- Preserving the efficiency of the equipment on an ongoing basis .
3- Performs all routine maintenance work, according to the annual maintenance plan.
4- Follow the levels of safety and quality output.
5- Follow-up and coordination with the requirements of the periodic maintenance with maintenance supervisor.
6- Trains to directing team of technicians from the production department to raise the level of performance.
7- Review and follow-up maintenance and cleanliness of equipment after a stop in each shift.
8- Reporting to the maintenance supervisor to indicate faults in machinery and the measures taken for reform.
9- Maintenance works according to the requirements of the plant and organize work schedules maintenance supervisor with the manner in which ensures the continued efficient operation of the equipment required.
10- Preparation the weekly report contains analysis of the faults of the work area and to prepare plans for the development of equipment.
11- Provide ameliorative ideas and projects to develop and raise the efficiency of equipment and reduce the cost and the deceased.
- CNC & auto Cutter & Sheer machine operator
1- Reading CNC files with NC files.
2- Read the cutting sheet.
3- Read shop drawings (holes, dimensions).
- MPS Fabricator (Materials Preparation Section)
1- Read the cutting sheet.
2- Read the cutting list.
3- Read shop drawings (holes, dimensions). Single part.
-Technician Office (Detailing & Project Engineer)with experience in TEKLA Program is must
1- Detailing work using Tekla.
2- Bill of Materials, Assembly drawings, erection drawings, etc.
3- Following up each stage from the initiating of any project till handing it over Erected.
4- Dealing & cooperating with all different departments, engineering, finance, purchasing, production, shipping & erection.
Laboratory Technician
1- Experience in the construction sector (preferably inmaterial construction)
2- Experience At least (5) years in one or more of the followings :
o Paints (Water base or Epoxies)
o Construction Chemicals
o Concrete Admixtures
3- Education: Intermediate
4- V.Good in English
5- Good skills MS Office
6- Good presentable
7- Ready to work as soon as possible
Production Supervisor with below conditions:
1- At least (5) years production Experience in Such Plants (Cement or Dry Premixed Mortars) in a supervisory role:
· Operating SCADA (PLC) systems; Professional control & troubleshooting.
· Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
· Monitoring the production processes to achieve desired efficiency
· Control staff to execute production plan on time with minimal Waste
· Monitoring Raw materials Feeding & Silos Stock levels
· Ensuring the effective usage of production lines machines & devices
· Implementing production procedure & ensuring traceability.
· Following up production records inputs & outputs qty's
· Ensuring ISO documentation & preparing production reports
· Preferably to have an experience in producing similar products & in used RM's nature
· Experience in Cementations Products Coloring such as (Tile Joint Fillers & Decorative Renders)
2- Education : Bachelor Degree (Electronics/ Computer/ Production Mechanic)
3- V.Good in English
4- Good skills MS Office
5- Ready to work as soon as possible
