B.Sc. In Food Industries, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University in June 2007, Good Grade.

CAREER SUMMARY:
1. From November 2009 Till Now :
Quality assurance engineer in United Sugar Company of Egypt (USCE), Savola Foods Egypt in Sokhna Port, Suez. Responsible for implementation of Quality Window Statistical Process Control (S.P.C) and data entry in the factory and responsible for supervising on inspection on receiving packing materials , finished product , loading trucks ,production area , warehouse , and implement Hygienic system .
2. From December 2007 To November 2009 :
Production control engineer in El-Rashidi El-Mizan Confectionery in 6th October City in Egypt; that produce all sesame derivatives (Sesame, Halawa and Tahina products). Responsible for controlling (all production processes, control points and critical control points) and make sure they conform to standard specifications and to take corrective action if there is any deviation in the production stages.
3. From October 2007 To December 2007 :
Production engineer in Katilo Co. For Dairy Products "Halayeb"
Responsible for Packing and packaging department.

Training in Coca Cola Egypt for a month in the period from 15/7/2006 till 14/8/2006, the knowledge gained in the operation and start-up of production from water purification in the purification plant even controlling product quality.
Training in the Egyptian Company For Oil And Soap for a month in the period from 15/6/2006 untill the day on 14/7/2006 and what was gained in the operation and how to follow up production in each of company's various units, namely : (Soap production units – Algelesrin production units – margarine production unit of oil) .
