اتمنى ان احضى بمساعدة من احد الاعضاء في بحثي حول الموارد البشرية.....
يتضمن البحث من اسئله وهي:
Task 1:
1c: Explain why human resources planning is important to

Task2:
2M: compare the use of motivation theories for different jobs within the different parts of the STARBUCKS CO . You might find it useful to compare the way in which different techniques can be used to motivate different employees by considering roles such as: baristas, line managers, cashiers, cleaners…etc
2D: Suggest, with justifications, ways of improving motivation for staff who work in the STARBUCKS CO. Bring out three suggestions at least with their justifications.
Task3:
3B: Explain how the results from measuring and managing performance inform employee development in the STARBUCKS CO.
3C:Assess the importance of measuring and managing employee performance in the STARBUCKS CO.
