    SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE POSITIONS AND FIELDS:
    My experience acquired throughout the past 27 years since my graduation has been attained while working with large Egyptian; and International Firms or Organizations. This overall duration of experience has been exercised in administrative and procurement fields, Instructional Design, preparation of procurement requests for the Corps of Engineers, determination of the type of purchase documents to be used in the execution of purchases, identification of qualified suppliers and contractors locally and overseas, contacting vendors to request quotations, verification of variety of invoices and requests for payment, following up with the Procurement Section to ensure receipt of services and items, Maintaining lists and files to retrieve documents when needed, coordination of service requests with other different agencies as needed to provide logistical support to Egypt Office, preparation of customs clearance, establishing and maintaining complete personnel information database for all personnel, acting as Administrative Officer for Egypt Area Office.

    Provide contracts and administrative technical support to Engineers and Project Managers. Responsible for reviewing, collating, monitoring, assessment of project documents and follow-up and reporting of project related activities. Assist Engineers and PM's with the review and interpretation of Customer technical and commercial requirements.

    General Administration - Handling day to day activities, House keeping - Ensuring cleanliness in the factory assigning jobs and supervising the house keeping staff. Security - coordination with the security regarding the movement of drivers & Employees and checking the movement registers accordingly. Canteen - co ordination with canteen supervisor regarding the lunch & tiffins for the employees and also maintains cleanliness & hygiene in the canteen.     The work Rolls: the security management, transportation management, Services management, secretary management, General control of stores and financial management.
    The job Description: 1- Check up the cars management from renews the registration of the cars and the licenses of Drivers and check up the technical condition of the cars.
    2- Check up the loading operation with the stores the warehouse management.
