The PgMP exam prep course covers the entire Program Life cycle and Organization, it is built around the latest insights from the Project Management Institute's (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide 4th Edition) and the PMI's publication The Standard for Program Management 2nd edition, incorporating information, good practices and guidance for program management in the context of portfolio and project management.
Course Pre-requisites
Before attending this course, participants must have: Practical knowledge and experience of structured Project Management practice and an understanding of PMI’s project delivery framework.
