Required for a well-known Real-Estaes Development and Operations Company in Riyadh.
Assistant Development Manager, with the following qualifications:
- B.Sc in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Ability to operate AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw & Office. 3D Max will be an advantage.
- Ability to design and produce shop drawings.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, capability of letters writing and creating correspondences in both Arabic and English.
- Public relations and customers handling skills.
- Time management skills, and follow up capabilities.
- Records keeping and filing skills.
- Organized, enthusiastic and self motivated.
