§ Attend the daily morning meeting with General Manager § Foreigners Work Permit § Responsible for the social and health insurance procedures, labor office § Prepares contracts of employment § Prepares Monthly Report § Responsible for the employees’ filing system. § Computer entry and file maintenance § Responsible for personnel files maintenance and all employee filing on a daily basis § Employment application intake § Responsible for all necessary procedures concerning new employment: uniform issue records, nametag issue record, first medical examination, § Assists employees with personnel information and interpretation of personnel policies and procedure § Proceeds employee separation § May take part in orientation of new employees § Answer department phones. § Prepare 15 minutes staff meeting daily. § Follow up with the timekeepers. § Check reference on a daily basis. § Ensure total confidentiality of all employee records, data and information. § Follow up the monthly probation period and the end of contract as well § Generate monthly Birthday list and send current associates' birthday cards. § |
