·                    Planning all personnel issues on monthly and yearly basis to insure that all personnel  issues are done properly& stable.
·                    Handling vacation & sick leave control procedures to achieve the management goals.
·                    Handling all contracting procedures for team members and other types of contracts with a follow up for the contracts renewals with the HODs & management.
·                    Handle all hiring and recruitment procedures to achieve company goal 
·                    ( interviewing – evaluating – recruitment papers – Orientation).
·                    Handle all Health insurance procedures for employees.
·                    Handle all payroll & attendance issues with the Accounting department.
·                    Handle all social insurance procedures with the social insurance office.
