    1. HR informs about the new joinee in advance.
    2. HR will be responsible to complete the joining formalities for all new joinee in Noida and other locations.
    3. After the joining formality is completed the HR documents and creates personal files for every new employee.
    4. HR ensures that the personal file contains the following documents:-
    5. Acceptance copy of offer and appointment letter
    6. Resume
    7. Certificates in support of education qualification
    8. Relieving letter from last employer
    9. Last pay slip/salary details
    10. Experience letter
    11. Two-passport size photograph
    12. Identity Proof – Photocopy of - passport/ration card/election card/pan card
    13. Address proof – current residential address
    14. HR will give Employee codes all employees of the company.
    15. The personal & professional data is uploaded on the intranet as soon as the new employee has joined in.
    16. HR updates the personal/professional data of employee in the Internet on a regular basis.
