The Balanced Scorecard is considered not only as a measurement tool but also as a mangement sysytem, it is a new approach in management science that alot of companies is applying it seeking to get better performance rate and a better deviation detection. The Balanced Scorecard is not only a business-applied system but we can apply it in our own lives.
