Ignorance management



Also, known as learning, ignorance management is a celebration of:
  • discovering what we need to know, but don't;
  • sharing what we don't know, but need to;
  • specifying or despatching our ignorance.

Ignorance management/learning involves:
  • supporting those who need to know, but don't;
  • creating a no-blame culture;
  • removing the stigma of conscious, relevant ignorance.
