    } Direct employees and provide advices and information to them on variety of aspects related to the human resources policies to maintain good relation among employees.
    } Setting a timely-based reporting system for: workers timesheets, manpower status, rental equipments and other reports.
    } Preparing salaries, overtime payrolls and other payments for workers.
    } Develop the Performance Appraisal program and process.
    } Train the managers and employees on the implementation of the program.
    } Managing of regular financial operations of the project, missions' costs, payments to local suppliers and follow up with head office as required.
    } Establishing proper rotations system for the employees through the coordination with their direct Supervisors.
    } Managing the rotational and emergency leaves.
    } Assist the Project Manager (PM) in managing the project's office (including acting on his behalf during his absence) and staff activities.
