Duties And Responsibilities :

1. Maintains human relations among all employees and official authorities falling within his scope of responsibility.

2. Replaces the Assistant H.R Manager during his absence.

3. Responsible for the Health Insurance system to be applied to all Local/ Foreigners employees.
4. Ensures proper implementation of work injury procedures in coordination with other departments and authorities.

5. Administers and controls all employee benefits and keeps records and statistics and prepares surveys in this concern.

6. He will be responsible for medical care and will keep records and all documents and forms related.

7. He will be responsible for the friendship / Employees box (If applicable) in cases of death and other emergency cases in coordination with the Accounting Department and the Property Syndicate in order to pay the compensation for those who deserve it.
8. He will follow up and send greetings to all staff on the following occasions:

11. Social occasions

12. Arranges and coordinates with other departments the employee Parties held in the property on different occasions.

13. Studies and investigates all employees' complaints in all above cases.

14. He / she will responsible for all employment visa’s, preparing working Contract for all hotel staff and in dead time as per law.

15. to ensure that all hotel staff had been checked by the governmental hospitality or any other authority according to the law , and to be sure that all of them hasn’t any ills or deices to avoid any sicknesses or viruses in the hotel.

16. Prepare a daily report with all details happened in the last day operation of the human resources department.

17. To be responsible of all staff housing, staff cafeteria, including all equipments, machines, items, sets and anything else inside , and to make a monthly inventory for all this items and equipments to be sure that there is no any missing items or misused.

18. To be responsible for all the electricity and fresh water consumptions inside the staff housing and cafeteria and to try to reduce the consumptions.

19. To achieve and implement all training programs of staff , preparing a monthly training schedule, explain the hotel policy and procedures and employees hand book to give the staff all the necessary knowledge’s about the company and hotel .

20. He will also carry out any additional duties assigned to him by the Personal Manager.
