Job Description
Based in Yemen or Sudan, Candidate should be responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of the budget, forecasting and financial analysis processes. Reporting to the Group CFO, main responsibilities will be to:
1.Implement financial systems and tools to improve decision making ability.
2.Support the company staff in preparing and executing business plans.
3.Ensure that the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements are achieved and that the accounting and process are in line with the Group's policies.
4.Establish and maintain monthly forecasting process to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and interim forecasts.
5.Support management in implementation and maintenance of the control system.
6.Further develop the accounting systems, focusing on enhancing functionality as well as providing training and process guidelines.
7.Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
8.Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
9.Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
Skills
Have at least 10 years progressive experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, ideally with 4 years of finance management. Self-directed and autonomous, able to communicate effectively and synthesis complex thinking processes into concise and simple statements. Have sound general business knowledge and decision making skills.
An experience on Yemen or Sudan, preferably with Industrial background, is required for this position. Candidates must be fluent in English.
