الإدارة أي عملية يمكن بها الوصول لأهداف المنظمة بواسطة العمل مع ومن خلال الأفراد والموارد التنظيمية الأخرى	Management Any process of reaching the organization goals by working with and through people and other organizational resources
الإدارة العليا تضم الإدارة العليا جميع المديرين المسئولين عن العمليات الشاملة للمنظمة.	Top management includes all managers who are responsible for the overall operations of an organization.
الإدارة الوسطى تشمل إدارة الإدارة الوسطى الأوسط جميع المديرين دون رتبة نائب الرئيس ولكن فوق المستوى الإشرافي	Middle Management Middle management includes all managers below the rank of vice-president but above the supervisory level
الإدارة المباشرة / الإشرافية الذين عند مستوى التشغيل . ويطلق عليهم مصطلح رؤساء الأقسام . وهم مسئولون عن إنجاز الأعمال الفعلية للمنظمة.	First-line supervisory management Those at the operating level they are the lowest level of management. They are responsible for the management of their specific work groups and for the accomplishment of the actual work of the organization
القيادة "عملية التأثير على الأشخاص لكي يناضلوا اختياريا لتحقيق أهداف المجموعة .	Leadership the activity of influencing people to strive willingly for group objectives.
المشرف المشرف هو زعيم المجموعة التي لديها هدف محدد لتحقيقه في وقت معين.	Supervisor A supervisor is the leader of a group which has a set target to be achieved in a given time.
الإشراف الدقيق يحتاج معظم العمال للإشراف بدرجة كافية للتأكد من أنهم يؤدون مهامهم بطريقة صحيحة .	Close Supervision Most workers want enough be that they doing their work sure are correctly.
الإشراف العام يعطي الموظفين فرصة لتطوير مواهبهم , فيتعلمون اتخاذ القرارات .	General Supervision General supervision dives the employees a chance to develop their talents; they learn to make decisions by being in a position to make them.
التخطيط وظيفة الإدارة الأساسية التي تنطوي على صياغة واحدة أو أكثر تفصيلا عن خطط لتحقيق التوازن الأمثل من الاحتياجات أو المطالب مع الموارد المتاحة.	Planning A basic management function involving formulation of one or more detailed plans to achieve optimum balance of needs or demands with the available resources
الخطة تقرير مكتوب للمسار المستقبلي المقصود (المخطط) يهدف إلى تحقيق هدف معين (أهداف) أو غاية (غايات) في إطار زمني محدد.	Plan written account of intended future course of action(scheme) aimed at achieving specific goal(s) or objective(s) within specific timeframe
الهدف النتيجة النهائية يمكن ملاحظتها وقياسها ; وتتضمن غاية أو أكثر يجب إنجازها في إطار زمني محدد سواء كان قصيرا أو كبيرا .	Goal An observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe.

الغايات
نتيجة محددة أن الشخص أو نظام يهدف إلى تحقيق ضمن إطار زمني ومع الموارد المتاحة.
objectives
A specific result that a person or system aims to achieve within a time frame and with available resources.



الاستراتيجية
هي طريقة او خطة يتم اختيارها لتحقيق المستقبل المنشود مثل تحقيق هدف أو حل لمشكلة ما. فن وعلم تخطيط وتنظيم الموارد لاستخدامها بشكل أكثر كفاءة و فعالية .
الكفاءة
تعني (القيام بأشياء اليمين).
الفعالية
تعرف بأنها (القيام بالأشياء الصحيحة).
السياسة
المبادئ الأساسية التي تسترشد بها الإدارة.
Strategy A method or plan chosen to bring about a desired future such as achievement of a goal or solution to a problem. The art and marshaling science of planning and resources for their most efficient d effective use. Efficiency It means(doing things right). Effectiveness Is defined as(doing the right things). Politics The basic principles by which a management is guided.


الاجراء
تسلسل خطوة بخطوة للأنشطة أو مسار العمل (مع تحديد البداية و النهاية) التي يجب اتباعها بالترتيب نفسه لأداء هذه المهمة بشكل صحيح. ويطلق على الإجراءات المتكررة بالروتين
الروتين
نشاط يؤدى على فترات ثابتة أو منتظمة أو التكرار المنتظم للإجراء.
القاعدة
قائمة رسمية بما يجب القيام به أو عدم القيام به في حالة معينة، صادرة عن شخص أو هيئة مختصة. وهي توضح و ترسم أو تفسر القانون أو السياسة.
Procedure
A step-by-step sequence of fixed, activities or course of action(with definite start and end points) that must be followed in the same order to correctly perform a task. Repetitive procedures are called routines
Routine
Routine Activity performed at fixed or regular intervals or Unvarying repetition of a procedure.
Rule
Authoritative statement of what to do or not to do in a specific situation, issued by an appropriate person or body. It clarifies demarcates or interprets a law or policy.
