2. Role Purpose:
To plan, manage and supervise the internal, external and outsource workers selection & Recruitment with high performers and guarantee the quality to fulfil companyobligations and business needs.
3. Key Accountabilities:
Performance indicators
§ To plan the annual work force needs for business (internal, external & outsourcing workers).
§ To set up approved plan for business unit needs at the beginning of the year
§ Ensure the availability of the budget.
§ To plan annual employees mobility according to the business unit needs.
§ To set up approved plan for mobility at the beginning of the year
§ Respect the mobility plan according to the business needs.
§ To select & Recruit (provide the company) the best competencies available in the market.
§ The customer satisfaction not less than 95% regarding the RD performance, Process and flexiblelity.
§ Labor cost compared with salary stricter.
§ Respect the recruitment plan according to the concern parties needs (numbers, time to recruit, qualifications…)
§ Quality of selection & Recruitment.
§ To set up, define, propose and implement the sourcing actions such as (head hunting policy contracts, advertising campaigns, web site…) with concerned parties to improve the image of the company in front of Jordanian work force.
§ Number of partner ship with campaigns,
§ Number of applicants from the sourcing actions.
§ To manage the implementation of the trainee's engineer, outsource employees.
§ To renew the contract with the 3rd party on time and to provide internal customers with their needs without obstructing their work.
§ No. of successful training (30 from the Engineers Syndicate + 20 from the Ministry of Public Work).
§ Ensure the availability of the budget.
§ To support and advice the 1st employee committee preparation to respect the company bylaw.
§ No of held Employee 1st Committee meetings (not less than 20 meetings).
§ To manage, organize the department employees, budget to optimize the productivity and the quality of the services provided to the RD customers.
§ The customer satisfaction not less than 95% regarding the RD performance, Process and flexiblelity .
§ Department employees motivation
§ Respect of the Department budget
4. Job Communication:
§ Internal : Company officers, Managers, HR Business Partners, Sector Coordinators.
§ External : Advertising agencies, Jordanian Universities, Recruitment &, Outsourcing Companies, Jordan
Engineer Association, Ministry of Labor, and Ministry of Public work.
5. Decision Making:
§ (B)To recommend any recruitment based on justification, to approve or disapprove new engineer's training based on the approved plan, to decide about the affairs of the outsourcing workers as applied rules , regulations and process,
6. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
§ Bachelor degree in psychology, HR, BA or Economics with 8 years Experience in related field. (MUST)
§ Human relations and customs oriented.
§ Very good interpersonal communication skills.
§ Very good computer skills.
§ Very good English and Arabic languages skills. (MUST)
§ Analytical skills.
§ Knowledge and understanding of human behaviours and characteristics. (MUST)
§ Proactive. (MUST)
§ Organizational skills.
§ Very good in negotiation skills. (MUST)
§ Very good in presentation skills.
§ Master face to face Interview techniques. (MUST)
§ Good knowledge of Jordan labour law and privatecompany bylaws. (MUST)
