Is seeking:
BUILDING OPERATION MANAGER
Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electro Mechanical OR Master Degree in Mechanical.
Experience:
must have five years of building operations or construction experience (in a leadership role), familiar with regulations related to life and safety, fire and protective systems, as well as strong knowledge of MS Windows, ACAD and experience with computerized maintenance systems. This position requires that applicants be results oriented, as well as have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
JOB DISCRIPTION :
1- Reporting to the Director of Operations.
2- Managing Tower Engineering department.
3- The successful candidate will supervise building operations, building maintenance, and the cleaning of the building.
4- Responsible to manage Electrical (HV/LV) , Mechanical ,HVAC including Chillers , Building Management system , Fire Alarm systems Electronics and communications , Security system And Irrigation systems .
5- Control and handle fit out Contractors.
6- Ordering building supplies.
7- Managing an handling operation maintenance contractors .
8- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
9- Ensuring maintenance, repairs, and inspections are scheduled and completed .
10- The successful individual will also be responsible for managing energy use, overseeing regulatory compliance,
11- Preparation of monthly Electricity, Domestics Water, Chilled water /BTU and LPG billing reports.
12- Preparation of the building operating budget.
13- Be able to give in house training for his Staff.
