Job Description

1.Develop new material for cables.
2.Responsible for: processing, testing, and insulation material.
3.Communication with suppliers.
4.Review International Standards.
5.Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
6.Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
7.Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
8.Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
9.Reporting to the Technical Director.
Skills

1.Bachelor degree of Chemist; specialized in macromolecule material (PVC; PE; XLPE; halogen free material) and in general electric cable components.
2.Minimum experience of 10 years of specifying; processing and testing of the above materials by using the latest technology such as (TGA; FTIR; etc.) in order to develop the raw material of the cable component.
3.Full understanding of the international needs such as IEC; BS; ASTM; etc.
4.High communication skills; work as team work; and managing of 10 co-workers.
5.Capable to develop the material team.
6.Fluent in English.
