- Planning a day to day production activity which includes core cutting, winding, core-coil assembly, tank etc. without workmanship failure.
- Testing and final dispatch of product.
- Quality Assurance activities including test report preparation and documentation related to ISO standers.
- Material management which includes major part of fabrication section.
- Handling final Inspection
- Handling of Manpower--- skilled as well as unskilled.
- Preparation and checking of inspection reports.
- Design & manufacturing as per ISO standards.
- Checking of calibration reports and maintenance of testing instruments.
- looking after Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Plant up gradation & Improvements activities.
Skills
- B. Sc. degree In Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- 10+ years work experience in Cables industry.
- Involvement in new product development and design improvements.
- Advanced Managerial & Management skills.
- Presentation skills.
